The calendula and chamomile flowers used to make this cream were freshly harvested from our garden and they are pesticides and herbicides free. Calendula (also known as Mary Gold) has been used by herbalists through many generations as a means to treat the skin for scrapes, bug bites and more. Chamomile is known for its antibiotic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, bactericidal and calmative properties. Comfrey is traditionally used for general wound healing, treatment of bruises and for skin cell proliferation.
