Returns are accepted on new and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. In order to start a return simply login into the My Account area and fill out a Return Request Form. Instructions on how to start the process are also included on the packing slip. Once the return request is processed Buyproud.com will supply a printable return mailing label via e-mail. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, the return number sent via e-mail, and in the original packaging. When returning multiple products multiple mailing labels may be necessary.
Refunds
Refunds should be expected within four weeks of receiving your return package. The product must be returned in satisfactory condition which means it is not damaged, broken, worn or altered in any way. Upon the satisfactory return of the product, we will process a refund for the product minus shipping charges. Once the process is complete, Buyproud.com will send an e-mail notification.
Shipping costs will only be refunded for products that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
Non-Returnable Products
Personalized or open products can not be returned.
Backorders or Changes
If we are unable to fulfill your order immediately you will be sent an e-mail or be notified by phone giving you the approximate time and availability of your order. If your product is not available you may choose a replacement product or cancel the order completely.
